samstrong Posts: 59 Rating: (0)	I using runtime in PC. Archiving is possible in WinCC Flexible. But I need some more information i.e. 1. WinCC Flexible Version? 2008 SP2 2. What data you want to archive? AIW value. 3. Do you want to show it on Trends? yes ı want. for example: I established a proses, plc, hmı after that commissioned. in 2009 now 2011 ı want to read a value in 2010. (without excell) best regards.

But duration of archive is totally depend onlogging cycle you select to log the data as we have limitation of 500000 records in WinCC Flexible. i.e. Duration of Archive Period= 500000 x Loging cycle duration. You can archive your data in database, CSV or RDB file And you can write a script for storing theCSV file (which contains archive) in another location once it get overflowed. Thus you can view the archive data of previous duration, because once the data erased from archive(i.e i have considered CSV file) you wont get it back. I hope this will help you.

How do you have csv archive files exported from WinCC flexible RT or a panel displayed graphically on the PC? And take care of the needed licence for archiving! What should you watch out with regard to licenses for WinCC flexible and panels? Hope this helps.
