I try to write a script for copy the tree of folders from storage MMC card to another computer into the network. The connection is up because I try to surf in internet and more, from the MP277's panel control. This is the script: [code]Dim objFSO Set objFSO = CreateObject("filectl.filesystem") objFSO.FileCopy "\Storage Card MMC\DATA\" , "\\HP_PC\DATI\data\" [/code] I would like copy the folder DATA into a network PC. But the the script run, the error message is: Error Access is denied.... WHY?? Can you hep me?? Best regards, Roby

Jesper Pedersen Posts: 279 Rating: (30)	Roby Can you hep me?? Sure. Hep hep hep, go Roby go ! Sorry, I couldnt help it OK. I see several problems. First, I can see the path specified, but not filename. You have to do that for both source and target (at least that was the help tells us, maybe it is interpreted as . if you leave the filename empty). Second, if the files you want to copy are log files, then they must be closed before you can access them. There are the system functions StopLogging and CloseAllLogs which you must use first. Then do the copying. Restart the logging with OpenAllLogs and StartLogging. Thirdly, maybe it is smarter to use the CopyLog function rather than FileCopy. You would have to setup the target log on the network drive, but not set it to be used by any archiving. Then use CopyLog from the real logs to the networked logs, after you have stopped logging as described above.
