DaveKo Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I am using WinCC Flexible 2008 Runtime with the Smartservice option. I have two questions on Smartservice: 1) When browsing to the PC running WinCC Flex RT using IE, is there anyway to set up Smartservice to "scale" to the size of the viewing screen? I am using a 1900 x 1080 PC and don't want to have to use scroll bars when I view remotely. Using a VNC viewer you can set the option in the view to "scale the host screen size", but I'm wondering if you can do this in Smartservice so it scales on the remote PC when browsing in with IE. 2) Is there a way to have more than 4 concurrent remoteclients active on SmartService? You see the original resolution from source. Sm@rtService sadly doesn`t support scaling. to 2) The limit is 4 clients max. A connection to a 5. client isn`t possible. best regards

DaveKo Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	In their release of SP2 in May 2010, Siemens announced that "automatic scaling of the display on SmartServer is now supported. The display of the server desktop will be adapted to the smartclient by the smartserver without distortion." So it would seem that if I'm running SP2 (which I am), there should be a way to set up the display scaling so I can see the full screen on my client. Am I missing something? Thank you for your help.

I found something wich you have to check at your Sm@rtServer. The scaling must be enabled before it work if you have different screen solutions. Take a look at the screenshot.
