Am working in KTP400 Screen with S71200 PLC TIA PORTAL V10.5. I am facing of problem to give access rights ( Password protection) to my screens. In events of screen when i sets 'logon' or 'showlogonDialog'. Am getting logon window but my problem is that even i give wrong password i can go inside the screen. How to protect this access???

Sir, its not clear for me. In my project i make 4 users in one group and i need give different rights for different users and to appear logon window on specific click. And i need to take inside only when my user name and password is correct and user having rights to go there.

I made users and i assign them rights but for click buttons i found logon, logoff, showndialogscreen, Get password & Get username on their events.

I need information that only by using showndialogScreen in events and user admin settings it could be done? if yes How? or Do i need to use others also? Or how its done with easiest way?

Is there any links which is available in this form to help me out?

My project was at final stage, So i cant change the Hardware buttons to Soft. I tried the second one but it found not working, also its one of the hard ways.

But i found a solution for this problem, I didn't give security to any of my screens. Unauthorized operators free to access any screens. But he cant able to change the settings inside the screens. I locked all settings values inside the screen with security in properties.

I found this is easier way! But really thanks alot for your advices!
