Chehombing Posts: 98 Rating: (4)	Hi guys, I have a trouble with my wincc flex 2008 SP1, it's never happen before, but yesterday i tried to modify and additional for show alarm page. this trouble happen again (see Attachment). if generate or play simulate the wincc flexi stop working. even i tried to restart my computer but still trouble Please someone give anenlightenment. Zee.Alam Posts: 36 Rating: (0)	1st problem i saw is that, u r using windows 7, wincc flex 2008 crash in windows 7. it is compatible for windows xp. 2nd thing is that, do u have the previous version of that program, which was running before this crashing thing ?

Notification showing "The data format of the configuration file "****" is incompatible. Recompile the configuration file." Do you have windows update to solve this problem.? Thanks

Tweety Posts: 3037 Rating: (192)	Hello, What is that for files? If you do a backup of OP177B, then you do this how described in the following FAQ. How do you backup/restore with a Windows-based panel? You can not open a backup of a panel with WinCC flexible. Tweety
