RUNTIME STARTS AUTOMATICALLY WHEN THE RUNTIME PC IS REBOOTED

With all my respect, WinCC flexible runtime generates a password file in the same path of the runtime file (i.e. startup), therefore placing the runtime file in the startup will cause the startup to try to run the password file (and it will fail and an error message will popup). So it is more convenient to place just the shortcut for the runtime in the startup.
