Hello everyone, I woudl like to get some hlep related to the following: I am working on a HMI application, that has to control a packaging machine, we are using a TP170A (6'') and a PLC Schneider Electric, Telemechanique, MODICON Micro, model STX3710. I have developed the application in WinCC Flexible 2008, and I have dowloaded it to the touch panel. The problem I am facing is related to the functionality of my application, for some reason I am not able to get the application on my panel working with the PLC. The application was downloaded succesfully to the panel, and all the screen seem to be OK. But when I press (push) any button on the touch screen (touch panel), the button does not seem to do what it supposes to do. I would like to know, If I am addressing wrongly the tags (variables) in WinCC, since this is a MODICON Micro PLC, I am not sure if I have addressed them correctly, please see the attached pictures. I am also not sure if I am missing something in the settings to get comnnication between this panel and my aplication (Using WinCC Flexible 2008), I have set the driver for this PLC, as Modicon MODBUS, thou there is the option to set a Telemecanique Unitel-way driver, not sure which of them I should use. The program in the PLC seem to be OK, and I can get online using the PLC Software for these series of PLC, so I am not really sure what I am missing. Is there any hint you can give me, am I missing a setting or parameter in the communication configutation in order to get my application working?, please see the attahched pictures to have a better idea of my problem. Notice in the pics how I have configured the tags' address and the communication between my panel and PLC, so I am probably missing something there. Any feedback will be appreciate it, Thanks everyone Regards AttachmentHMI problem, screenshots.zip (202 Downloads) |
