Modification of structure tags

Sachin Patke Posts: 27 Rating: (1)	Respected all, I have used structure tags and called it lots of times. But now, I want to edit structure tags to reduce tags generated. I will delete structure to about 50%. Should I do this? Will my extra tags get automatically vanished? Can it result for corrupt project? If anybody has experience of this type of modification, please let me know what care should be taken and how it is to be done.
