Darius Platinum Expert Joined: 9/28/2005 Last visit: 7/24/2025 Posts: 2957 Rating: (243)	Hi, I've not only heard, but I had myself lots and lots of problems with HP computers installing Siemens software. I can only recommend you 2 things: 1. Reinstall windows, remove ALL HP software that comes with this laptop and then install all the rest 2. (The better option) Get OEM DVD of Windows XP, install it with valid license key you have and you will not run into any problems because OEM installation will not install you HP related software.
