Can anyone tell me about the remedy. or anyone can tell me the complete procedure how to install the wincc flexible 2008.i have also downloaded the sp2 from the site.i try to install it but it gives the same error. Try to reinstall the WinCC Flex but with deleting all the associated folders likeHow do you uninstall WinCC flexible 2004? Another point - you have WinCC FLex 2008 software. This software is compatible with XP Proffessional SP2 or SP3 only. Not with Win7. The SP2 which you downloaded is not OK for installation of WIn7 because of Note for the download and the installation under Windows 7: The Download of the service pack 2 requires an installed WinCC flexible 2008 or WinCC flexible 2008 SP1. It is not possible to install WinCC flexible with the download under Windows 7. For the installation under Windows 7 you need the the above-mentioned WinCC flexible DVD, which can be ordered from your Siemens contact person. Best regards, Hristo Mihalev
