Dear, I have the machine but when I open control panel in HMI, it request the password. How to know the passsword? As information I have the original project HMI. |

I have try with "100" but it incorrect. I wonder it's high risk to reset to factory setting because this machine still new. Does anyone have others idea ? |

u have only one way,reset to fatory setting,i try to find another way 1month but can't. |

Ok, thanks for suggestion. Finally I found the password but still my question is how to disable/deactivate it ? |

Hello Nitzo, You should do an OSUpdate with Reset to factory settings, it is faster as searchyour password. How do you do an operating system update (OS update) on operator panels? Tweety |
