OP_TP177B versioning question

SMatthews Experienced Member Joined: 8/12/2011 Last visit: 4/27/2021 Posts: 65 Rating: (2)	I have a project archive for WinCC Flex 2005 SP1 hf7 that I want to download to a TP177B WinCE panel. I get the Version does not match error and when I check the version of the panel I see its a newer version. Mobile_OP_TP177B_V1_1_1_0.img (Panel) Mobile_OP_TP177B_V1_0_1_7.img (Laptop) Is that panel version from Flex 2007 or can I get a download for that in 2005? Someone else updating the panel with a different computer with different versions is not out of the question, alas they are gone and I need to update the screens. Do I have to downgrade the Panel or can I get that image for my laptop?

SMatthews Experienced Member Joined: 8/12/2011 Last visit: 4/27/2021 Posts: 65 Rating: (2)	I started down the path of updating the OS panel, but I am having trouble connecting to the device with ALM to save the lisences from the TP177B. I am trying to follow the guide to connect to a panel through the ALM, but I am getting Connection Error: 16842752 when trying to connect over Ethernet using a crossover cable. I can ping the device and check device version in the OS Update screen. So it appears to be talking and I have the right IP addr. I have read the other two posts from the forum search on Error: 16842752 and tried Enable Remote Cotnrol, diabled and reenabled. I did not find help on the Errors in the pdfs referendced in the other posts or the pdf listed above.
