I have designed one project in IM151-8F CPU 151-8FB01-0AB0...I HAVE USED FOUR 4/8 F-DI MODULES. ALSO I HAVE USED ONE 6ES7-138-4CF03-0AB0 PM-E F MODULE . AFTER THIS POWER MODUE, I USE TWO STANDARD DO MODULES 132-4BF00-0AA0....
Now, customer has given me one project which is already running ok in one system. same backup i have to reload in new system as above.Hardware is also identical in both system.
Now when i am using that backup in current system, i find one problem.
DO of standard do module is showing ON in program but no LED Is getting ON on module. Also no 24v is out from module channel.
When i compile my safety program no error or warning is showing. Compilation is successful.download is also successfully completed.
I use s7-distributed safety v5.4 sp5 upd1 and s7-f confi pack v5.5 sp9....\
Also please let me know if any special wiring is to be done. Right now i have given L+ on 2 And M- on 3 terminal of PME-F module. No other wiring is done on module. Green power led is showing ok on PM-E F...
