Here is the Link for Downloading the Profibus GSD File for all SINAMICS Drives ( CU320 GSD shall be in SINAMICS S120 ) : Link The following link gives a lot of information regarding Controlling SINAMICS S120 in Profibus / Profinet : SINAMICS S: Speed control of a S120 with S7-300/400 (STEP 7 V5) via PROFINET/PROFIBUS Although this covers Control using SIMATIC-S7 , but would provide a nice glimpse into the way it works.
