Master axis with Epos positionging, Slave axis with DCB functions (S120)

My slave axis on the same CU320-2 will use DCB-functions to gear with the master. Is this possible, or do I have to use the positoning functionallity from DCB-functions for the master? If I can use EPOS for master axis, what variables from the master do I have to couple with the slave axis?

So the leading values would be the r2665 and r2666 (see documentation). If you would do a flying homing on the master (Epos- axis), this would be possible too. But for a simple gearing (without engaging, or synchronisation on the fly), the synchronous start of the both axis would be possible too, see: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/48947154
