Hi..

This is the third failure of IGBTs in SLM(355KW) & MM(315KW) of our crane drives.

Every time we are noticed that encapsulation of the FO cable tips are missing at the failure module.

I have attached the photographs of last failure which is happened inone of the MM on last week.

Kindly let me know the propable cause of the failure and if any correlation between the FO cable issue and IGBT module failure.

all fuses blown in Motor module,

line1phase IGBT busted,

& Fiber optic connector found out of its sockeckt,

be noted i am facing this problem after 04 year,

still i am looking for the root cause & valuable adviceof this failure,

few are some points that i have observed,

electrical room temperature/humidity could be one reason for this faliure,

Fiber optic connector missing could be because of theshock of busted IGBTs,
