Hi to All, I am Using cu310 PN And S71200 In Fishnet Making Machine. Motor is 1FK7101-2AC71-1QB0 With Absolute Encoder The machine Runs 24*7 manner. Now Frequently I received a Fault F31500. At that time servo Moves Some Unspecified LU During Machine operation . Then I Done the Absolute encoder Homing Using PLC Program, the Fault Cleared, After Some Days Again Same Fault Araise. Actually the machine Runs Only in One Direction. When Fault Comes At that time MDI Posistion Setpoint is 28871120 LU Encoder Actual posistion is 4266107682 LU It is a big Trouble To me .Please Find my Starter Backup .Kindly Help Me to Solve this Issue AttachmentDrive_Backup_Of_Chinese_Machine.zip (93 Downloads) |
