Last month, I bought the following article : 6AV2100-0AA03-0AA5 (TIA v13). I've installed TIA V13, but now, I've the following error, when I'm trying to open "the program block" (see picture1).

In licence manager (picture 2), I've four licences. But I don't understand why the licence "step7 basic" for V13 is limited. In article 6AV2100-0AA03-0AA5, it's a floating licence.

By default you are issued with a temporary license (..just like Windows). You have to load the license key that you bought with the software (normally on a USB key or a web key).

It may be that you have an upgrade. For this you need to follow the procedure to upgrade your V11 to V13. You should have the relevant documents with the package you bought.

Else... go back to the guys who sold you the package and ask for some support.

sry but what I see what you bought is only WinCC SP1 TIAv13, not TIA v13 Basic, am I right? You have TIA portal v13 Basic installed with full licence?

is only WinCC Basic v13

You do not have STEP 7 Basic v13

You need to upgrade v11 to v13
