I've just worked with PID Function in S7-1200, and i have a question :

 - When i start runtime , PID Block dosen't work properly until i open the commissioning and start tunning.

When the PID block catch the correct Parameter, it start. But the problem is that

When i stop runtine and re-open or when power off and turn on again. PID block still dosen't work and i have to start commissionning again.

Please help me.

Siemens has a FAQ called

"How do you restart a PID controller that has been stopped because of a scan time error or switch off the scan time monitoring?"
