I want to add more IM151-1 module (with AI/AO/DI/DO modules) with CPU 416-3 DP and I want to start the address from 7000. I just want to know, what is the limit of address up to can be used in CPU 416-3.

yes you can use address 7000.

In support home put your plc code in search box and go to technical data to see address area length.

Am I right to assume that the last analog address will be IW 8192 or PIW 8192 ???

and how many network can be inserted/used in one OB, FC or FB ???
