Hi there,

 I have a problem with TIA portal 13 , It has installed properly and starts without problem but when I try to a new device or configure the Network TIA crashes. May somebody let me know what's the problem and how can I solve that.

With thanks for your response , I should say that there are no other siemens related softwares in this computer,the only one is TIA portal13 and its components,At first I had installed the TIA 12 and I faced the aforementioned problem, so I gave a try for TIA 13 and again that problem.

I am sending the report file created by TIA , please let me know if you found any solution.
