Redundant solution with PCS7

Now, I need to know how "far" I need to go. I'm planning to use two redundant S7414H PLCs with redundant networks. Since I want complete redundancy, do I need to have duplicated I/O modules on each PLCs? I want to know if complete redundancy assumes duplicated components on every level? Thanks
