Hi all,

I have one G120C that does not allow me to copy RAM to ROM. I can connect online, download parameters and change them, but for example I can not complete a motor identification because it give also error to write in the backup file.

I did check protection parameters and they seem to be deactivated.

Can anyone give me a hint to solve the problem?
