Can anyone help me Please ? where can i find TP900 Comfort Firmware or OS image file ? 

depending on your TIA version, you can find them e.g. in the following directory:
C:\Program Files\Siemens\Automation\Portal V15\Data\Hmi\Transfer\15.0\Images 

The image files have the extension FWF.
