I do not really understand your question.

The data is stored in the communication DB. You can also copy it to any other variable or DB. The communication DB is the place where the received data is stored by the GETIO function. I think the attached PDF shows the whole process to read and store cyclic data from the drive.

you need to create it on your own (as you have a free telegram which is not a standard).

Therefore click on "add new block" -> select a data block -> define an input structure and an output structure with the correct length (e.g. 4 words if your telegram has 4 words). Then use the input structure for DPRD_DAT and the output structure for DPWR_DAT. DPWR_DAT and DPRD_DAT can be used the same way as in my example GETIO and SETIO. Just the parameter names are a little different. Parameter "record" here is the same like the parameters "input" or "output" at GETIO / SETIO.
