Dear colleagues, 

actually, I am using multi-project. and I am using this configuration for the project.

In my project, I have one RTX pcs7 box

one Engineering station / OS client

and one OS server

I can ping the plc and OS server from Engineering station and I have all the connections in the Simatic shell. 

for the configuration, I want to assign the client to the os server but I can not select the right project from the checkbox and upload it. it's gray without any selection.

I have attached the screenshot of the project and the checkbox.

To solve this problem what should I do?

It's occurs when you change project path or when you transfer project from one PC to another.

You should to generate server data for "S7_Prj_1 - OS(3)" station (right click on WinCC application -> Generate server data), then try to assign client to this station.

It's no necessary to download new server data to station.

Recompile the OS project with option "generate server data"

After you compile OS with generate server data, server data is ready in your multiproject. 

Then, 

1. On simatic manager -> Component view

2. At the OS client (Wincc Application Client) OS, right click

3. Assign OS server

4. Select the OS Server data. (The screenshot you requested)
