s7t config problem with the configuration

ram535 Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Hi This are the components that i'm using: PS307 5A 307-1EA00-0AA0 CPU315T-2 DP 315-6TH13-0AB0 CP343-1 343-1EX30-0XE0 DI32xDC 24V321-1BL00-0AA0 DI16/D016xDC 24V323-1BL00-0AA0 CU320 6SL3040-0MA00-0AA1 Compact Flash V 2.06.02.05 Smart Line Module 6SL3430-6TE21-6AA0 Single Motor Output 18A6SL3420-1TE21-8AA0 Single Motor Output 3A6SL3420-1TE13-0AA0 Servo motor (X axi) 1FK7063-5AH71-1DH5 Servo motor (Z axi) 1FK7034-5AF21-1DH0 In the S7T Config I can start the servo motors from Drives/Servo_X/Commissioning/Control Panel with no errors(online ofcourse). Now it come the the tricky part when get online in S7T config and then download the information I can start the servo motor from Tecnologia/AXES/Axis_X/Control Panel/Assume control priority! with no errors but whe I clic in Give up control priority! in the alarm section appear some alarms: _{SIMATICS_S120_CU320: S_INF_021910:PROFIBUS:Setpoint timeout SIMATICS_S120_CU320: Servo_031910:PROFIBUS:Setpoint timeout SIMATICS_S120_CU320: Servo_031912:IF1:PB/PN clock cycle synchronous operation sign-of-life failure SIMATICS_S120_CU320: Servo_041910:PROFIBUS:Setpoint timeout SIMATICS_S120_CU320: Servo_041912:IF1:PB/PN clock cycle synchronous operation sign-of-life failure}and in the CU320 the LED RDY goes RED and the LED DP1 start flashing in GREEN. And if I try to start the servos again from the AXES it appear an alarm that says "There is a fault in the infeed!". The way I do to move the servo motor again with no erros it's going offline and then go online, download and then it's when I can start the servo motor but when i Give up control priority! it happen what I describe above. I don't know why I'm getting this erros. Any comment it's welcome. Thanks for the help.

The problem is when I download the information from SIMATIC Manager with no errors but in the CU320 the LED RDY goes RED and the OB1 start flashing in GREEN. I also did a small ladder program with a MC_Power, MC_Reset and MC_MoveVelocity to move my axis but in the MC_MoveVelocity appear the error 8040 and if try to reset from MC_Reset appear the same error 8040 (This error appear in the MC_MoveVelocity and MC_Reset). I still don´t know why this erros appear. Thanks for the help.

What cycle times do you use in S7T Config (DP, Servo, IPO)? How/where did you conneced the PG to your system (MPI, DP-Drive, IE) ? Can you post your archived STEP 7 program? ram535 This is my scenario when I download from SIMATIC MANAGER seems to be everything fine because there appear no errors on the screen but the CU320 the LED RDY goes RED. Anyway I made I little program that include a MC_Power, MC_Reset and a MC_MoveVelocity just to try start my servo motors but appear an error in the MC_MoveVelocity (ErrorID 8040). I think it's because the CU320 got the LED REDY in RED. Check if the STATUS output of the MC_Power, if it'sfalse the axis is disabled and you get 8040 if you send a move command. If you have a drive fault, you can not enable the axis.

ram535 Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Hi miami I check the status of the MC_Power an it's FALSE so the axi is disable like you said. I couldn't find the option of synchonous/isochronePROFIBUS in HW-Config. The System Cycles Clocks: Bus cycle clock 3 ms Servo 3 ms IPO 9 ms IPO_2 18ms In the beginning the communication of the PG with the system was via MPI but then the CP 343-1 was set up in the system an now the communication is via ethernet. The CPU communicates with the CU320 via profibus. I can't send you my The STEP 7 program because is 4.7MB and this forum won't let me. can I send it to you via mail? Thanks for the help.

Look here (steps 9 and 10) for the master settings,try to use 3 ms as constand cycle time. I talked to the support guy by phone and he told me that I have to enable the infeed by adding an _alm_control in my ladder program but the support guy is using SIMOUTION SCOUT and i'm using STEP 7. I can't find _alm_control anywhere in my library. I still can't remove the alarms that appear in the S7T config, but I hope that by adding the _ALM_control the motors can energize from my program. (just to point out I can start the motor in the S7T Config from SINAMICS_S120_CU320 and from the AXES even do I got those alarms). Thanks.

I can't find _alm_control anywhere in my library.) The alm_control you can find here. But in your component list is a SLM, not an ALM. But maybe the newer SLMs are controlled the same way, and I'm not shure that it is, what your support guy ment. ram535 I still can't remove the alarms that appear in the S7T config, but I hope that by adding the _ALM_control the motors can energize from my program. (just to point out I can start the motor in the S7T Config from SINAMICS_S120_CU320 and from the AXES even do I got those alarms). Here is a FAQ/guide, how to connect a S120 to a T-CPU (see chap 1.4 and 6.4, without a TB30 you may set p864 to a fixed "1" , when making the BICO connections.) I think your SLM has a DriveCliQ connector,I do not know if it transfers the signals over it. This manual describes the same. I am wondering why you get a PROFIBUS fault, when the power supply seens to have a problem. What is your actual problem? The PROFIBUS fault, or why you can't enable the axes?
