AlexS2013 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi Experts, We have a problem with the Simoreg CM. It's displays "F65". F065 = Illegal microprocessor status. Display of fault diagnostic memory r47.01=75, r47.02=0, r47.03=7556, r47.04=6, r47.05/15=0, r47.16=65 I have checked the following fault causes - Replacing A7001 - Excessive EMC-related interference is present (e.g. due to unprotected contactors, unscreened cables, loose shield connections). Converter configuration: 1.Armature: Simoreg DC Master Control Module 6RA7000-0MV62, options S00, CUD2, EB1, CBP2, LBA, ADB. Software version 3.26. 2.Field: Simoreg DC Master 6RA7025-6DV62, no options. Software version 3.26. The field supply unit (slave) functions in conjunction with a 6RA70 armature supply unit (master). Signals are exchanged via a peer-to-peer interface (application SIMOREG as a field supply unit, armature supply field supply field reversal). 3. DC -motor 1250kW, 2250A, 600V, DC current field 27A 4. SITOR Supply voltage 562V, DC current 2500A, 1Q. Why this happens & what may be the problem? Can any one help me. Attachment Simoreg CM armature.zip (355 Downloads)

If it is new, check for EMC interface issues like, power cables, contactors, relayswith proper snubber circuits, how DI/DO & set point control wires are routed. Is wiring & shielding connection/termination is carried out properly? If it is old, might be A7001 card is faulty. Butbefore replacement once again check all above points. HTH.

Hello, F065 is related to control section & not power section of drive. In manual F065 significance is Illegal microprocessor status. Possible causes are A7001 faulty or excessive EMC interference. You says it has happened in two devices. Is it parrallel connection with its own control section or you are talking about two independent drives with CMs?

Alex Lezhnev Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello. It isn't parrallel connection. It is master-slave 12-pulse system.Each CM hascontrol two power thyristorsections. Slave CMhas been controlled by master CMover peer-to-peer link.

Please check all control cables, its shielding connections, power contactors & relays RC snuber circuits. Moreover check the proper earthing of panel & measure the earth resistance for proper grounding of EMC interfernce signals.
