Hello, If you do not have any problem with WinCC flexible 2008 SP2, then downgrade again to it. I have checkedUpdate for WinCC flexible 2008 Service Pack 3, It contains a pdf file in "Information on Update 2". Please check solved problems section in that pdf. Unfortunately you will not found your problem solved their. And please contact customer support to provide them by your problem. I believe they will do their best to solve it in the next update.

Hello Do you start a support request? What said the customer support to your problem? I found in the Readme this: Selecting the hardware component in the tag dialog The tag dialog displays hardware components that do not contain tags that can be used for HMI devices. Hello Kris_pgc, I'm in contact with the colleagues from Technical Support. Did you create a Support Request as Tweety suggested? So you should find information about the status within mySupport -> Support Request -> my requests. Could you offer me the Service Request Number? Or did you choose another way to get in contact? I more or less lost this topic out of sight... Problem was eventually solved by doing a 'save as with reorganisation' of the project |
