Dear sirs!

I have a redundant system. It consists of two redundant PLC and two redundant ET200M.

The modules in the first ET200M are identical to modules in the second ET200M and the order is the same as well. 

If you open a Hardware configuration, you can see that "DIb"  which is located in the second ET200 act as redundant for "DIa" module which is located in the first ET200M. "DIa" includes addresses from I0.0 to I3.7 and DIb includes addresses from I10.0 to I13.7.

My question is if I would like to transfer  I0.0 to M0.0 (memory bit) do I have to tranfer I10.0 too?

My logic should be: 1)O I0.0                        or  2)  A I0.0           

                                O I10.0                                =M0.0

                                =M0.0

If I have  version number 2 and I tried to take out module, what will happen?

P.S. I have already added "Red IN" and "Red Out" blocks to my programm

See the Configuration of Redundant I/O Modules in SIMATIC PCS 7 under chapter "4.1 Example of a flowchart".

As you see the channel driver deals with one symbol. The redundancy is dealt within the "@"charts.
