At one point, the reservation was gone and one of the siemens s7-400 went to the stop. both CPU 414-4 6ES7 414-4HM14-0AB0 Errors in the controller which went into STOP mode: Event ID: 16#43E7 Standby CPU: Link-up/update by master CPU aborted Cause: Refusal of connect due to different structure of the part AS Previous operating mode: STOP (internal) Event occurred in the standby CPU in rack 1 incoming event Event ID: 16#43E0 Change from STOP (internal) to link-up mode STOP due to: Memory reset started automatically (power on not backed up) Startup information: - Time for time stamp at the last non backed up power on - Single processor operation Current/last startup type: -Automatic warm restart after non backed up power on (with system memory reset) Permissibility of certain startup types: - Manual warm restart permitted - Automatic warm restart permitted Last valid operation or setting of the automatic startup type at power on: -Automatic warm restart after non backed up power on (with system memory reset) Previous operating mode: STOP (internal) Requested operating mode: STOP (internal) Event occurred in the standby CPU in rack 1 Incoming event. Errors in the controller which went into RUN mode: update procedure aborted Master CPU in rack 0 Trigger event: Refusal of connect due to different of the part AS occurred in: Master CPU in rack 0 Requested OB: CPU redundancy error OB (OB72) OB not found, or disabled, or cannot be started in the current operating mode Incoming evant

Sachinpatke Posts: 623 Rating: (77)	Hi b2k.lucky, Discoonect the FO cable between the CPUs and put it again in RUN. At least one of the CPU should get into RUN mode. Also check battery status and ensure there is no programming error in the PLC backup.
