My redundant system of CPU 412-3H having FW V is 4.5.3 in which one of the CPU got faulty. I have one spare CPU having FW V is 4.5.4. Please suggest , I need to update FW V from V4.5.3 to V4.5.4 according to spare CPU in order to restore redundancy or it will work on different FW version.

No you Both CPUs should have same FW version. You should update.

Please note that always it is recommended to update FW of CPUs to the latest version.
