Hi,

The new CPU with product number 6ES7414-3EM07-0AB0 is spare part compatible.

So if you have the predecessor CPU 6ES7414-3EM06-0AB0 (which should be replaced), you can use the new CPU without changing the hardware configuration in the project.

But it is not possible the other way around.
Means it is not possibe to configure the new CPU in hw-config, but using the old one in the real hardware build.
