Nikhil017 Posts: 29 Rating: (0)	Hello, I am facing a challenge after reconfiguring module in APT, I have updated profibus CFG file accordingly. And facing error code as ERROR 12194(Invalid profibus starting address). Having controller as TI555 and ET200 IOs(6 Nos.) in single Rack(Slave address-3). Please provide me solution for same. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from TI555 in APT. Attachment Capture.PNG (1577 Downloads)

The starting address has to be a multiple of 8 plus 1 Mathematically: starting address = 8 x n + 1 ex 9, 17, 25, 33 will be valid addresses but 7,8, 19, 32, 34 etc are not. Did you respect this when assigning addresses ? Regards, Carlo

Which Module numbers did you configure in COM Profibus for this Profibus slave device ? Try starting with module number 1 instead of 0 Regards,
