Dear all,

I m trying to register for Industry Mall, whenever i log in i see message at the top 'Your Mall Activation is in progress', i have also received email from Siemens Industry Mall team that my registration request is being processed and i will be informed by email in coming days. But lot's of time have been passed and i didn't receive any email.

so can anyone please help me regarding registration for Industry Mall

I don´t think that you are going to be successful here in the user-forum. It hardly depends on your Siemens sales representive. If you don´t know who it is, use the Contact Database.

Depending on the volume of requests for export approval, the duration of the check varies. As a rule, the check takes 2-3 working days as long as all relevant data has been filled in correctly. For more details please refer to this FAQ:

Why do you have to log in and register for downloading export-restricted software and what data do you need for this?

Regarding your deposited E-Mail address of your AutoGen_7324703-Account no registration for the authorization was made  Did you register with another E-Mail address?
