From the so far excercise, I feel your drive motor parameter setting is OK. I also guess F04 fault is not consistance/permenant. F04 trigers intermittently & may be due to adging effect of component installed on A2 card of your drive i.e. card number C98043-A1203/A 1204. If you have spare card, you can check by replacing it. Please pay attention on load resistors fitted on card while replacement, its very important, or else your drive CT could get damaged.

This could be, but according of service logbook, new 6ra27 was installed. I understand that this does not mean that it cannot be defective.

Ok I'll try to find it to replace.
