I need your kind support to find a solution for below topic:

I want to create a new project with my CPU 315-2DP/PN and a general PC with a common Ethernet port, I don't need to use any display (HMI), I need to use this PC to be work as HMI to display the variable and status and to control the program, and need to program it under WinCC Flexible 2008 software or with TIA WinCC Pro/Advanced V14.0 SP1.

the question is what are the requirements to complete this project and how to start programing the PC.
