Notifier for UCP: No "Notifier client" connection with UCP RT version V17 Upd2

GERALD_PA Member Joined: 4/26/2019 Last visit: 11/19/2025 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	I am using TIA Portal "WinCC Unified Engineering V17.0 Upd2" Since I updated the image of a Unified Comfort Panel with V17.0 Upd2 ("MTP1000 - Properties V17.00.00.02.png") I can no longer connect the Notifier clients to the EDGE application, previously with the image V17.0 Upd1 it worked fine (“EDGE UCP- Notifier - User information V17 Upd1.png”. - After the update, I reinstalled the applications: Data Service V1.3.2 & Notifier V1.3.1 Entry type: Download Entry ID: 109799707, Entry date: 12/03/2021 Notifier for Unified Comfort Panel (beta version) https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109799707 - I transferred the certificates back - I had to change the user names to not use capital letters as described in the manual: "Readme_enUS.pdf", "EDGE - user names without capital letters.png". - A new activation window appears "EDGE UCP - Active Edge Device - Standalone.png": The Notifier application works correctly on the "EDGE UCP - Notifier - My notifications.png" PCU but clients (iPhone, iPAD) can no longer connect "Notifier iPAD - No connection available -1.jpg" "Notifier iPAD - No connection available -2.jpg" Can you help me, thank you. I noticed that a new version V1.4 is available: Entry type: Product note Entry ID: 109792140, Entry date: 05/02/2022 What's new: Notifier for Industrial Edge V1.4 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109792140 But I can't find the download link, can you communicate it to me so that I can try this new version. Thank you

Please check your connection settings and try again". Communication between these devices and the UCP is good since the Web Client works with the same login information (Name and password) Also with Notifier V1.2 it worked, any idea?
