can you show a screenshot? maybe this message isn´t from Siemens but from an other participant in your network, like a firewall.

Where exactly did you try to register? Right after clicking on the download file or via the "User menu"?

In case you tried it the one way, try the other way.

If this won't help, please clear your cache or try a different browser, maybe that will help to bypass the error message.
