Cursor Keys - can they be disabled?

I had a similar problem where the client had difficulty using the cursor keys on system we were using before the TD was released, original designs were on 0BA5.Now I have started using the TD which is excellent with the 'one touch' F keys. My only concern now is that I would like to, if possible disable the cursor keys and esc/ok keys so the client is not able to access program start/stop etc. do you or anyone else know if this can be done? Many Thanks Dave
