I have a S7-1511T that reboots randomly. Attached are diagnostic buffer entries, whenever this happens there is a  retentive data lost message in the diagnostic buffer.

Sometimes the following message is also available

Temporary CPU error: Serious firmware exception
(internal system code: 16#44440000 16#10020000 16#00000000)
CPU changes to DEFECTIVE mode (system reaction)

Unfortunately, I have seen several cases with the same diagnostic error on the CPU and the solution is to replace the device.
