To test the module is capable of working properly, configure a single AI channel for thermocouple and jumper that input channel.  It should read approximately ambient temperature around the module (well, it does for J and K type TCs, and may for others).

If that works, you probably are not using the 2-wire RTD wiring reference for CH0 to terminals 1 & 9, and so on for other channels as shown in the manual for that module.  I downloaded the ET200 manual collection to quickly view the reference wiring diagram once I knew your module was not S7-1500, but ET200.
