I need your help, in our currently project, our customer ask for a hot redundancy or a redundancy communcation  between our PLC s7-1500 and custumer PLC using profibus and profinet.

So, from technical point of view, it can be done?

What type of PLC is the customer?  Full implementation of a reddanant or hot reddanant system is only possible with H and HR series.  Software redundancy usually does not work well
