Could not find any threads or info on how to trouble shoot the A.34 Converter Regenerative Overcurrent ( CONV ) fault?

Sorry for delay response....thought we found the solution and fault popped back up.

Image of drive is attached.

Drive runs a sweep arm motor which slides cut lumber waste off belt.

Belt is currently off motor and with no weight on pully, fault still happens.

More testing done today. Ran motor with gearbox and the gearbox is really hot. Thinking it is something mechanical now. Checking bearings.

How drive is configured? speed control or torque control?

Please confirm or else, attach drive parameter back up file here.

 Unfortunately I am just now finding more time to look at this again. I have found that I do not have a back up file. I am also new to working with this system so not sure if you might be able to give me some guidance on retrieving the drive parameters. I have a program called "Drive Monitor" which I was suggested to download and I also have a amsamotion USB to MPI cable which again I was suggested to get. When I plug in t he cable, I get nothing from the drive. No connection. Image of drive attached. Thank you. 

edit: I have tried to connect and cannot find the drive. Found that maybe the baud rate is not correct but when I look for P701 to adjust it, system says deactivated?
