With a regular Prommer or with the special prommer from Siemens or the MMC slot in the Field PG's? If with a regular prommer and with Windows instead of Step 7 your card is damaged and it will need to be repaired by Siemens or if it's one of the smaller sizes it's better (cheaper) to buy a new one.
