It is possible to backup the data flows by the export flow option:

Go to "Menu > Export > Clipboard".

The "Export nodes to clipboard" dialog offers the options to export the selected nodes, the current flow or all the flows. You can export compact or formatted JSON.

To import a flow to get the data saved before:

Go to "Menu > Import > Clipboard".

The dialog again offers the option to import nodes into the current flow, or to create a new flow for them.
