hello

i need to control humidity and i want to use PID compact .

i have sensor as input and humidifier and deshumidifier outputs (on /off valves).

i need pid controller with one input and to outputs like PID temp with cooling and heating.

is there a way ?

The type of control you seem to be looking for is known as "split-range control": one analog input for the process value  and two outputs for different actuators (these can be analog or digital  depending on the implementation).

There are solutions for different PLCs that you can find here on the forum  using yhe search box at the top right of this page. I have used split-range control with S7-300s, and I have seen articles based on S7-1500 CPUs.

If you need more help from us, you need to tell us (at least) what CPU you plan to use and what programming software (and version) you have to program it..
