Can we apply the ON/OFF command to the "3VA9267-0HA20" motor mechanism even after the breaker is turned on/off?

as you also can see in the attachment, you always will need a min. pause between the ON- and OFF-signal. The OFF-signal is dominant - as long as this OFF-signal is active, an ON-signal will be ignored.
