SW PLC - Memory card evaluation error

I use SIMATIC ET 200SP Open Controller, CPU 1515SP PC2 F, 6ES7677-2SB42-0GB0, FW V 20.8.1 for controling 10 simple axis system with no additional memory card (1× G120C and 9× S210). During some power off restarts needed for drivers initialisation I have twice in two days problem with SW PLC. After power on it stops with message: Memory card evaluation error: Incosistent internal load memory structure... In case this is an F CPU, there is no way to format internal memory card from CPU display (or other way) so SW PLC must be completly reinstaled. Have somebody similar experience and any solution to this? Currently I try an older FW 2.7... Working on TIA prof V16 upd 2, StartDrive Adv V16 upd 3 Attachment Memory card error.png (740 Downloads)

They may have fixed this bug in firmware 2.8.3 (released last month for most s7-1500's). I do not know if that is available for your specific controller, but it is worth checking. LT_tron Hi all! Error is known and an update to the latest bios version (V0301_0000) must done. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/de/view/109743969
