When the Absolute Encoder hardware enters the limit switch and I turn the system off and on, it forgets its position.

I saved many times to rom of encoder position but it doesnt working.

I replaced the encoder cable, driver and motor. I was driving from the technology object and Telegram 3, I changed it to Vasist Telegram 111, but there is no change.

Can you help me ?

Servo motor model is 1FL6064-1AC61-2LA1 and driver 6SL3210-5FE11-5UF0.

mechanical bond rate is 1/193.5675 and pitch 4 mm.

When ı after making a reference, when I enter the hardware limit after 60 mm and turn the machine off and on, I forget the encoder position.
